Veterinary offices are considered essential. Therefore, we must limit client/staff interaction.
In order to continue to serve our pet patient community, social distancing procedures will continue and have been adjusted for the new "Mask on in Public" measure in Contra Costa County. So, please have your mask in place when bringing your pet to our hospital.
When arriving for your appointment or medication pickup, please remain in your vehicle and call our front office staff to inform them of your arrival
Clients will be transferred to a technician and a brief history underlying your appointment will be taken by phone. The technician will come out to retrieve your pet from your vehicle. All Doctor communication will be done over the phone as the exam progresses. Your pet will be returned after the exam is completed. All medication will be placed in our medication bin on our front bench.
Payments and Check Out: Payments will be made by phone or card on file. "No Touch" payments are mandatory.
