Dr. Lexie Endo
Dr. Lexie Endo grew up in the Bay Area. She earned her B.S. and M.S. from Stanford and her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from the University of California at Davis in 1982. She has worked here in the East Bay for the last 17 years. Prior to that she worked in the Sacramento area. She works with the Lindsay Wildlife Museum and specializes in chelonian rescue, taking in injured and unwanted turtles and tortoises. She and her husband Barney, a Mortgage Banker and Hotel/Casino Don live in Orinda and Jackson Hole, Wyoming. Her oldest daughter Steph and her husband Matt are attorneys in Lafayette and had a baby girl, Sophie in October. Janelle is a former Raiderette and 2005 UC Berkeley graduate. She now works for Google in San Francisco. Cayla graduated Villanova University in December. She is a 3 star equestrian event rider and plans to compete at Rolex in April. Kyle is an artist and film producer in L.A. and is the artist in residence for Von Dutch. He also designs jewelry, has a line of clothing and he also deejays. Dina is a freshman at USC and is enjoying being a Trojan! Their household includes 1 dog, 2 cats, 3 horses, Koi, and over 200 turtles and tortoises. With her spare time (what spare time?), Lexie enjoys quilting, needle point and grooming at horse shows.
